SESSION FORMAT22 sessions of mixed-media e-learning, each taking approximately 1 hour to complete. Trainees work through one session at a time, and are marked by their manager before they are able to move on. This means they are able to absorb and apply the techniques as they work through the retail training programme at a regulated pace. Moving through the course is easy, catering to people with all levels of computer skills. Users learn ‘bit by bit’, with workbook questions following each new technique or skill. Then at the end of the session they are presented with the customised, in-store role play that brings together all the elements of that particular session, bringing the techniques to life in a context they can truly relate to. |

CUSTOMISEDQuestions, products, processes, language and even video role-plays are infused with the things that make your company unique. WORKBOOKLearning is not passive, it needs to be contextual and relevant. Text based workbook style questions require thought and analysis and ensure trainees ‘get it!’. Questions, answers and any feedback received from their marking manager are then stored in a downloadable, printable PDF document. Because team members have a marking manager that checks the validity of their answers and provides feedback where necessary, and marking managers are able to be monitored from upper management, there is accountability at every stage. Viewing the ‘conversation’ between trainees and coaches provides transparency, so you always know exactly what’s going on at any level of your company. That’s true peace of mind. |

COACHINGCoaches, generally a manager or senior sales person, are responsible for guiding their team through the training, marking their workbook answers and role-playing techniques. This way your team members know they have someone in their store to provide support and keep track of their progress. At RedSeed we make our system easy for everyone, and it’s important that coaches feel comfortable and confident guiding their team through training. We give them model answers to all workbook questions and customised ‘Coach Cards’ which give them a breakdown of the skills that need to be demonstrated by their team members during role-play activities. |
